Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team in Delhi NCR. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 4 years of experience who hold a diploma in civil engineering. The successful candidate will work full-time from our office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Project Planning**: Assist in planning and overseeing construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring they meet specifications and deadlines.
2. **Design Support**: Collaborate with senior engineers to create design plans and layouts using industry-standard software.
3. **Site Inspections**: Conduct routine inspections at construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
4. **Technical Assist**: Provide technical support and suggestions for improvements during the construction phase, addressing potential issues promptly.
5. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project developments and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates must possess strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in design software is essential for effective project work. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for liaising with team members and stakeholders. Applicants should also demonstrate problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges that may arise during projects.
