Join an Established Entrepreneurial Private Real Estate Investment Firm in Vancouver.
Your New Employer
Your new employer is an established, privately held real estate investment and asset management firm. The platform is built on rigorous underwriting, strong asset management, and a long-term view toward driving optimal risk-adjusted returns across a diversified commercial portfolio.
Your New Role
As the (Senior) Asset Management Analyst, your role is designed to strengthen the financial and analytical capabilities of the team. Sitting alongside the operational lead and reporting to the VP, you will take ownership of valuation models, NOI tracking, and portfolio reporting – helping drive a more proactive, data-driven approach to asset performance. You will be responsible for maintaining and updating business plans and valuations quarterly, providing leadership with clear visibility into performance, risks, and opportunities across the portfolio.
The role will act as a connector across teams, working closely with accounting, acquisitions, and operations to ensure reporting is accurate, aligned, and timely. With a focus on commercial assets, you will support decision-making on hold/sell strategies and capital deployment, while also contributing to process improvements through systems such as Yardi, Argus Enterprise, and other analytical tools.
What Sets You Apart
You bring 3–6 years of experience within asset management, valuations, or real estate financial analysis, with strong technical skills in financial modeling and asset-level performance tracking. You are detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date models, and are comfortable working with tools such as Yardi, Power BI and Argus Enterprise. Exposure to institutional real estate platforms is preferred.
Beyond technical ability, you are curious, proactive, and collaborative – someone eager to deepen your understanding of operational asset management while contributing to a high-performing, lean team. You are comfortable working in a lean team, taking ownership of your work, and taking pride in producing thoughtful, reliable analysis that supports better decision-making.
What You Can Expect
You’ll be joining a collaborative team with strong, hands-on leadership, offering an invaluable mentorship opportunity. The role offers meaningful exposure across the business and the opportunity to play a key part in shaping how the portfolio is managed moving forward. A competitive salary will be on offer, and long-term career growth is on offer.
