Key Responsibilities

• Share information about personal development and leadership education programs
• Manage communication using platforms such as LinkedIn, Zoom, and email
• Apply simple outreach and engagement strategies (training provided)
• Participate in ongoing personal and professional development
• Manage your own schedule, workflow, and performance targets

About You

• 3+ years’ experience in HR, administration, recruitment, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
• Confident using digital tools (LinkedIn, Zoom, etc.)
• Self-motivated with a consistent, results-focused approach
• Interest in personal development and continuous learning
