Requirements
- Experience as a Systems or IT Business Analyst in complex environments
- Strong understanding of system integrations, workflows, and enterprise platforms
- Proven ability to document process flows, system interactions, and requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage ambiguity and break down complex systems
