Role Description

This is a contract full-time position for a Social Media & Digital Commerce Manager. The role involves managing and executing social media strategies, developing engaging content, and overseeing online community management. Responsibilities include optimizing digital commerce platforms, analyzing key performance metrics, and implementing e-commerce strategies to enhance customer engagement and sales growth. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align digital efforts with overall business goals is also expected. The position is located in Toronto and offers an onsite or hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Management, Content Creation, and Social Media Advertising
• Knowledge of Chinese and or mandarin a must
• Experience with E-commerce Platforms, Digital Marketing, and implementing Digital Commerce strategies
• Skills in Data Analysis, Performance Reporting, and Campaign Optimization
• Ability to develop and execute Content Strategies to engage and grow online audiences
• Strong written and visual communication skills, including familiarity with editing tools
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and online retail trends
• Previous experience in the healthcare or medical supplies industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
