Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a Bakery Assistant at Mado Square One, located in Toronto, ON. The Bakery Assistant will support daily baking operations, assist with cake decorating, and help prepare and present high-quality bakery items. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean working environment, ensuring food safety standards, and providing friendly, efficient customer service to patrons.
Qualifications
- Skills in Baking and Bakery operations
- Experience in Cake Decorating and related techniques
- Proficiency in Food Preparation and handling safety procedures
- Strong Customer Service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a bakery or café is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
