**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Client Consultation:** Engage with clients to understand their visa needs and provide them with tailored advice on the best visa options available.
– **Documentation Management:** Assist clients in gathering and organizing necessary documentation to support their visa applications, ensuring all requirements are met.
– **Application Review:** Review completed visa applications for accuracy and completeness before submission, reducing the likelihood of rejections.
– **Follow-Up Communication:** Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed about their application status and address any questions they may have.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**
– Proven experience in visa counselling or a related field for at least 1-5 years.
– Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly to clients.
– Detail-oriented approach to reviewing documentation and applications thoroughly.
– Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.
– Proficiency in using computer systems and basic software applications to manage client information.
