Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Mississauga / Toronto (In-Office)
The Opportunity:
We’re partnering with a global brand in the parts distribution space to bring on a Branch Manager for their Mississauga / Toronto operation. This is a high visibility leadership role overseeing a key distribution hub, with direct exposure to major enterprise level customers and senior leadership.
If you’re currently an Operations Manager, Warehouse Manager, or in a similar leadership role and looking for a true step up into full branch ownership, this is the kind of role that gives you that platform.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and develop a team of 15 to 16, setting clear expectations and driving accountability
Delegate effectively while building a team that can operate independently and solve problems
Provide consistent direction and keep everyone aligned and moving toward the same goals
Operational Ownership
Own the full scope of branch operations across shipping, receiving, inventory, sourcing, and purchasing
Work closely with operations and purchasing to keep things running efficiently and avoid bottlenecks
Take full accountability for productivity, accuracy, and overall branch performance
Customer & Stakeholder Exposure
Act as a key point of contact for major customers, building strong, trusted relationships
Handle escalations and operate confidently in a high visibility, customer facing capacity
Work closely with senior leadership and represent the branch at a high level
Project & Business Management
Manage multiple priorities at once without losing visibility or becoming a bottleneck
Drive initiatives forward while maintaining structure across the business
Bring organization and clarity to a fast paced, multi functional environment
What They’re Looking For:
Current or previous leadership experience in operations, warehousing, or distribution
Strong background in parts and distribution is a must
Solid understanding of mechanical or automotive components
Experience overseeing multiple functions like inventory, purchasing, and operations
Strong communicator with the ability to step into a more visible, leadership facing role
The Profile:
Someone ready to step up into full branch leadership and take ownership of performance
A hands-on leader who knows how to delegate while still staying close to the business
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts
Confident, personable, and able to represent the business both internally and externally
Compensation & Structure:
Base salary in the 85k to 95k range
Percentage based bonus tied to branch performance
