Role Overview
We are hiring a Private Equity Associate to lead deal sourcing, evaluation, and portfolio support. The role combines investment analysis with portfolio company partnership — owning workstreams from initial diligence through value creation.
Key Responsibilities
– Build LBO models, returns analyses, and investment memos for new opportunities
– Lead due diligence workstreams across financial, commercial, and operational dimensions
– Manage external advisors (consultants, lawyers, accountants) during deal execution
– Support portfolio companies on strategic initiatives, KPI tracking, and reporting
– Prepare materials for investment committee and LP communications
– Source and evaluate new investment opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 3–5 years in private equity, investment banking, or strategy consulting
– Mastery of LBO modeling and returns analysis
– Strong commercial and operational diligence skills
– Excellent written and verbal communication with executive presence
– Experience managing external advisors and complex deal processes
– MBA from top program or equivalent track record preferred
