Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Executive, based in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, implementing social media campaigns, engaging with online communities, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting the overall digital marketing strategy. The role allows flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements, with some tasks requiring in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation, including the ability to craft engaging and visually appealing posts for various platforms.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles to support branding and strategic campaigns.
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with audiences and collaborate with team members.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for measuring social media performance and deriving actionable insights.
• Experience in creating and managing social media campaigns for businesses is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a hybrid work environment.
