**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Maintaining Cleanliness:** Ensure that all office areas, including conference rooms and restrooms, are clean and tidy to create a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.
– **Assisting Staff:** Provide support to team members by running errands, delivering documents, and helping with setup for meetings.
– **Managing Supplies:** Keep track of office supplies and help in restocking items as needed, ensuring that necessary resources are always available.
– **Serving Beverages:** Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments as required during meetings or throughout the day.
– **Receiving Guests:** Greet visitors courteously and direct them to the appropriate personnel, maintaining professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
