Role Overview
We are hiring an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. The role combines clean modeling with sharp business sense — turning raw data into the numbers leadership uses to plan and decide.
Key Responsibilities
– Maintain rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
– Run monthly variance analysis and management reporting
– Build models for new initiatives, hiring plans, and scenario analysis
– Partner with department leads on budget ownership and tracking
– Support board materials, investor reporting, and ad-hoc analysis
– Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 2+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
– Strong Excel modeling and financial statement fluency
– Working knowledge of planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, NetSuite Planning)
– Excellent written communication and structured thinking
– Comfort with SQL or BI tools is a plus
– Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
