About the Role ADF Medical is hiring accurate, focused, and self-motivated Remote Transcriptionists to convert medical audio recordings into written documents. You will listen to recorded dictations from physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals and produce clear, accurate written reports — all from the comfort of your home. Requirements
Responsibilities
- Listen to and transcribe audio recordings from medical professionals accurately
- Convert voice dictations into medical reports, patient notes, and clinical documents
- Review and proofread transcribed documents for grammar, spelling, and accuracy
- Ensure all documents meet ADF Medical formatting and quality standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA guidelines
- Meet daily and weekly transcription targets and deadlines
- Flag unclear or inaudible recordings for review
- Organize and submit completed transcriptions through our internal system
