About the Role
The Manager of People Operations helps build and run the systems that allow Intercap to hire exceptional people, support them well, and operate smoothly as we grow.
This role sits at the intersection of people, operations, and organizational infrastructure. You will help operate the company’s hiring engine, improve and maintain core people systems, and support leadership with the data and processes needed to manage teams effectively.
Because Intercap builds multiple businesses, this role also helps maintain the shared Talent Stack that supports hiring, compensation, and employee lifecycle processes across the organization.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and practical. They enjoy building systems that make teams more effective and are comfortable working directly with leadership. This role has big potential to evolve over time.
What You’ll Do
Talent Acquisition & Hiring – Help operate and improve Intercap’s hiring engine.

This role is based onsite at Intercap HQ in Toronto, where collaboration and team culture are central to how we work.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $70,000 – $95,000 depending on experience
