Role Overview
We are hiring an Office Operations & Logistics Manager to run the operational backbone of a distributed company. The role spans vendor management, employee logistics, events, and the unglamorous-but-critical operational details that keep the company running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service delivery
– Coordinate employee equipment, shipping, and remote office logistics
– Plan and run team offsites, summits, and events end-to-end
– Manage budgets, expense workflows, and operational reporting
– Maintain operational policies, runbooks, and standard processes
– Support cross-functional projects that need operational ownership
Required Skills and Qualifications
– 4+ years in operations, office management, or logistics
– Strong vendor management and budget ownership experience
– Hands-on with operational tools (Asana, Notion, Slack, expense management)
– Excellent written communication and stakeholder management
– Comfort with logistics, shipping, and event planning
– Bias for documenting how things work and shipping improvements
