Role Description:
The Field Sales & Marketing Lead will spearhead growth initiatives, focusing on lead generation, client acquisitions, and developing long-term partnerships with venues and brands. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and managing the sales pipeline. This is a full-time, on-site role.
Qualifications:
· Education: Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or related field preferred.
· Experience: Preferred 3-5 years+ of proven abilities in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify business opportunities and drive growth particularly in advertising, media or direct-to-customer roles.
· Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
· Skills: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and solve problems. Familiar with Microsoft Office, CRM and related software.
· Target Achievment: Experience in achieving sales targets or exceeding sales targets and working collaboratively across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation & Sales: Actively engage potential clients through door-to-door, cold calling, and networking to sell advertising space or digital services. Following up on leads from marketing efforts and actively seeking new business opportunities
· Field Campaigns: Plan and execute local marketing campaigns, including trade shows, activations, and promotional events to drive brand engagement.
· Client Relationship Management: Meeting with prospects in person (outside the office), negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet quotas. Build, maintain, and manage long-term relationships with clients, acting as the liaison between the agency and the client.
· Market Analysis: Conduct field research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential new business areas. Exceptional Analytical Skills to formulate strategic business solutions and analyze market trends
· Strategy & Reporting: Create and implement sales plans, prepare sales reports, and track KPIs to meet or exceed monthly/yearly targets.
