Looking for SAP Basis / Production Support experts with strong experience in:

SRE is a crucial part of IT operations that heavily involves restoring services during incidents – dealing with proactive approach to manage service operations by creating reliable

and scalable platform and automating repetitive and manual tasks to ensure High Availability – in short Proactive Prevention, Not Just Reaction

• Ensure high availability & reliability of the EVO Devices platform across all integrated processes.
• Lead service restoration during incidents, coordinating bridges and driving fast recovery.
• Manage Major Incidents, including assessment, communication, and contributing to MIR actions.
• Implement monitoring & observability (alerts, dashboards, telemetry) to detect issues early.
• Automate repetitive operational tasks to reduce manual effort and improve MTTR.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive long‑term corrective and preventive actions.
• Support change & release cycles, ensuring readiness and resiliency for deployments and maintenance windows.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and local market teams for smooth service operations.
• Maintain service SLAs, including RTO/RPO compliance, platform availability, and incident KPIs.
• Continuously improve system stability, identifying risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
