Freelance Graphic Designer – Certificate Template Redesign Full Time

A long-established musical instrument retailer requires a skilled freelance graphic designer to re-design a certificate of authenticity template currently used for valuable instruments. The existing InDesign template has become outdated and degraded after multiple modifications, and the format has shifted from an 8 1/2 x 11 bi-fold to a 9″ x 15″ four-fold. The goal is to create a visually appealing, functional, and print-ready template that supports daily operational needs and ensures consistency for future use. The final design must be compatible with large-format Epson printers and facilitate ease of editing for ongoing certificate issuance.

Deliverables

• Redesign the certificate of authenticity template in Adobe InDesign, updating layout and visual elements for a modern, professional appearance
• Ensure the template is optimized for a 9″ x 15″ four-fold format and suitable for large-format Epson printing
• Incorporate branding elements and design best practices to enhance credibility and usability
• Provide a fully editable InDesign file for future updates and consistent use
• Deliver print-ready files and clear usage instructions

Requirements
