Duties Of The Water Hygiene Contract Supervisor Role
- Support key client accounts and lead review meetings
- Supervise service delivery and ensure compliance with agreed scopes
- Identify and quote for remedials, renewals, and upsell opportunities
- Attend client meetings and build strong relationships
- Assist with new business development and contract acquisition
- Provide technical support, risk assessments, and consultancy
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years office experience (FM or construction preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship:building skills
- Ability to manage workload independently and within a team
- Experience with CRM systems
- Full UK driving licence
