Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR & Operations Executive who can manage HR functions and support daily operations.
The candidate should be capable of handling people, processes, and coordination to ensure smooth business functioning.

Key Responsibilities
1.
Human Resource Management
Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and basic HR operations
Support employee engagement and maintain a positive work environment 2.
Operations Support
Assist in day-to-day operational activities
Coordinate between different departments for smooth workflow
Ensure timely execution of internal tasks and processes 3.
Policy & Compliance
Maintain HR documentation and compliance records
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures 4.
Coordination & Reporting
Prepare reports and maintain operational data
Support management with updates and execution tracking Skills &

Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in HR & Operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and compliance
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently
Experience in manufacturing/electrical industry is a plus
