As a Technical Executive your responsibilities will encompass the vital technical support of the business both internally and externally, bolstering the reliability of key components, timely reviewing of technical records relating to component and aircraft acquisitions, and all-important warranty management & negotiation.

*Function:*
To provide technical support and analysis for Avtrade Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul business. Under the direction of the Technical Manager, to aid Avtrade business by developing technical solutions to meet company requirements.
*Responsibilities:*
* To develop technical support to meet internal and external requirements
* Assist to ensure suppliers meet required quality & reliability standards
* Support MRO with technical analysis of supplier MRO quotations and work with them on warranty analysis and applicable reporting
* Analyse and recommend performance improvements for rogue units
* Support Avtrade contract liaison team with technical analysis, reviews, implementation, and development of customer driven technical policies
*Requirements:*
* Minimum 1 years’ experience gained within an aircraft component, MRO or trading environment
* Knowledge of airline operational and airworthiness requirements & restrictions (i.e. allowable defects)
* Familiarity and understanding of AMM, CMM, MEL and IPC etc
* Analytical thinker with solid experience in producing and evaluating data / running reports
* Good negotiation, organisational and time management skills and strong problem-solving ability with ability to use initiative and common sense
