Role Overview:
We are seeking a confident, motivated, and customer-focused Field Sales Advisor to join our growing events team in London. This is a face-to-face, field-based role where you will represent energy brands at events, retail pop-ups, exhibitions, and promotional sites.
You will engage directly with customers, educate them on energy products and services, and support them through the sign-up process.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in dynamic environments, and are motivated by performance-based rewards.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent energy brands professionally at events and promotional sites across London
Engage with potential customers through face-to-face conversations
Explain energy products, tariffs, and services clearly and confidently
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
Manage the full sales process from initial conversation to completed registration
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Set up and dismantle event stands when required
Travel to various London event locations (transport allowance where applicable)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of energy market offerings and compliance requirements
Uphold company values and ensure a positive brand experience at all times

Desirable (but not required):
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions
Experience working at events or pop-up activations
Understanding of the energy sector
