The position involves handling inbound and/or outbound calls with US-based clients while ensuring high-quality service and compliance.Key Responsibilities- Handle voice interactions with US healthcare customers professionally- Address patient/provider queries related to healthcare services- Use Saber tool or ticketing software to manage and track cases- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions- Ensure adherence to compliance standards such as HIPAA- Meet quality and performance metricsEligibility Criteria- Mandatory: Experience in US Healthcare voice process- Mandatory: Experience with Saber tool or any ticketing software- Prior experience in international call centers (US/UK preferred)- Good understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance (e.g., HIPAA)- Excellent English communication skills- Undergraduate candidates are welcomeTechnical Requirements- Personal laptop/PC with Windows 11- Minimum 16 GB RAM- Dual-screen setup (Laptop + 1 external monitor)- High-speed, stable internet connectionWork Requirements- Comfortable working night shifts (US time zones)- Ability to work independently in a remote setup- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAdditional Information- Long-term contract (3–5 years stability)- Opportunity to build expertise in the US healthcare and ticketing tools domain
