This role combines inbound call handling, social media community engagement, lead coordination, and day-to-day business support to ensure every inquiry, message, and opportunity is managed promptly and professionally.Key Responsibilities:- Inbound Lead Handling: Answer incoming calls, understand requirements, capture key details, and acknowledge inquiries promptly.- Inquiry Routing & Follow-up: Qualify leads, route calls and messages to the right team, and track follow-ups until closure.- Community Engagement: Manage Instagram DMs, comments, and social media inquiries using a warm and consistent brand voice.- Customer Escalations: Identify complaints, sensitive issues, or sales opportunities and escalate them to relevant team members on time.- Operations Coordination: Support scheduling, appointments, meetings, and internal communication to maintain smooth business workflows.- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain records of calls, leads, response times, and pending actions; prepare basic reports when required.Qualifications:- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, front office coordination, business operations, social media management, or a similar client-facing role (Bachelor’s degree preferred).- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam; additional languages are an advantage.- Ownership & Organization: Ability to multitask across calls, messages, scheduling, and reporting with strong follow-through.- Tech Savvy: Hands-on comfort with Instagram, WhatsApp, social media messaging, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.- Work Style: Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail and professional presentation.- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.Benefits:- Competitive salary aligned with experience and responsibilities.- Paid time off, public holidays, and leave as per company policy.- Professional development and growth opportunities in business operations and community management.- Collaborative, supportive, and fast-paced work environment with the opportunity to work closely with leadership.- Performance-based recognition, advancement opportunities, travel allowance, and internet reimbursement as per company policy.
