Key Responsibilities
Conduct one-on-one nutrition consultations (telephonic & in-person) for customers who purchase Meadbery supplements
Assess client health history, dietary habits, and lifestyle factors to create customized meal plans and supplement recommendations
Monitor progress through regular follow-ups, track client outcomes, and adjust plans for optimal results
Collaborate with our medical & content teams to develop educational resources, FAQs, and diet tip videos
Document all consultations and maintain accurate client records in our CRM
Ensure clarity and empathy in communication, reinforcing Meadbery
