The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of support interactions. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement improvements to enhance the overall customer support experience.QualificationsTechnical Support and Troubleshooting skillsCandidate should have an experience of 1-2 years.Experience in resolving issues with Windows OS, Mac OS & Chrome OS.Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction abilitiesNetworking CertificationExperience in handling related to OS re-installation, Peripheral devices setup.Fluent English as our clients are based out of North America.UpsellingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsExperience in IT or technical support is mandatoryBachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plusSalary Range3.6 – 5.00 LPA
