The Marketing Technology team within Superdrive aligns strategy, operating models, and the latest marketing technologies with data and analytics tools to personalize the customer experience at every interaction to drive business results. As a member of the technology team, you will bring your expertise and lead on Salesforce Development, Integrations, and Solution Architecture, working with some of our top enterprise clients. The role demands you to be confident and curious to find the best solutions and deliver them with quality and discipline.

JOB DETAILS:

As an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Senior Consultant / Solutions Architect, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop marketing campaigns across various channels, such as Email and LINE (Japanese Messaging Platform), while also owning the translation of client business requirements into scalable, end-to-end solution architectures.

You will play a critical role in bridging business requirements and technical execution, interpreting client needs and designing holistic MarTech ecosystem solutions across Salesforce and integrated platforms. This includes defining data flows, integration patterns, and customer journey frameworks that align with both marketing objectives and technical constraints.

You will also support cross-cloud development within Salesforce’s expanding MarTech/AdTech product set. This will require a strong working knowledge of APEX code and integration patterns across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Customer Data Platform (CDP), Datorama, Experience Cloud, as well as key integration considerations with Commerce Cloud and Salesforce CRM.

In addition to execution, you will contribute to solution design, architecture documentation, and technical leadership across projects, ensuring delivery aligns with best practice, scalability, and long-term client value.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:Core Experience

·     8+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development and Integrations

·     Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and architecture frameworks

·     Experience working across enterprise-level, multi-system implementations

Solutions Architecture Capability

·     Ability to interpret client business requirements documentation into end-to-end solution architecture frameworks

·     Experience designing scalable MarTech ecosystems across Salesforce and integrated platforms

·     Strong understanding of data architecture, system interactions, and integration design

·     Experience creating solution design documentation, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications

·     Ability to identify risks, constraints, and optimization opportunities in solution design

Technical & Development Skills

·     Responsible for design, develop, test, document, and deploy third-party integrations with Salesforce

·     Strong experience with REST and SOAP-based web services

·     Strong experience with multiple Salesforce integrations

·     Experience implementing and developing in JavaScript, Apex, and Visualforce

·     Competency in JavaScript, particularly Node.js, HTML, XML, Flex, ASP, SOQL

·     Experience with Package Manager and working with multiple business unit environments
