Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will support daily operations through clear communication, professionalism, and teamwork, while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity in every interaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to property management and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or property-related issues.
• Monitor entry points, observe activity across the location, and document daily events, incidents, and/or suspicious behavior through accurate reports and timely communication.
• Support access control and visitor-related processes, assist with directions and general assistance, and help to deter unauthorized activity through a visible presence and professional interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
