From AI-powered research tools to personalized mentor marketplaces and dashboards, we’re building an ecosystem that gives every student the power to design their own journey.Job Description:As a Student Counselling & Outreach Executive at GradPilots, you will be responsible for:• Calling incoming leads (students/parents) and explaining GradPilots’ services• Tracking, updating, and managing leads through their entire student journey• Supporting the team to handle enquiries & support customersKey Responsibilities:Lead Calling & Follow-Up• Call and counsel incoming student leads• Understand student/parent requirements and recommend suitable GradPilots services• Schedule and coordinate meetings or demo sessions as a consultant• Maintain a high follow-up discipline to convert enquiries to enrolmentsTracking & ReportingMaintain accurate data of all leads in Google Sheets/CRM tools• Update status regularly (new, in-progress, converted, not interested, etc.)• Share daily/weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, and conversionsLead Generation Research• Research potential lead sources: schools, coaching centres, online communities, social media, etc.• Work closely with the founder/marketing team to implement outreach experimentsThis is an in-person role based out of Sector 88, Mohali.Qualifications:- 0-1 year experience (or strong interest) in the higher education sector- Background in business management, communications, or marketing- Confident communication in Hindi and English & comfortable in making phone calls and handling objections- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel/ Zoho and WhatsAppWhy GradPilots?- Work directly with the founders to build a category-defining ed-tech platform- Exposure to the higher education and EdTech ecosystem- Opportunity to grow into leadership roles as the company scalesSalary: Competitive, based on experience and qualifications.To apply, send your resume to admin@gradpilots.comBe part of a movement to change how students across India discover, plan, and achieve their dreams!
