Job Title: Marketing Lead
Job Type: Full-Time/ Contract
Job Location: Downtown Toronto
This is an in-Office position at our 130 Queens Quay East, Toronto location.
To support our growth and development, we are looking for a Lead Marketing Professional with a strong social media marketing track record and the capability to independently lead the strategy and execution of new Product launches.
The lead will be responsible for launching and promoting our Raise the Stars Product (B2C in the Edu-Tech space) in May/June/July, and a new Product in development after July 2026.
Along with overall lead of the Marketing functions, this position will have a Product / Go to Market Marketing specialist reporting into.
The Lead will report into the Founder and will need to be self-driven, and will work closely with the Design Lead and the Talent Lead.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Design, Development & Execution:
Planning, executing, and tracking the performance of social media campaigns, collaborating with other teams as needed on LINKEDIN, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok and similar media.
Content Creation & Curation:
Developing and scheduling engaging content (text, images, videos) for different platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand’s voice and goals in collaboration with the Design Lead.
Platform Management:
Managing and optimizing company pages, monitoring activity, and responding to comments and messages.
Community Building:
Fostering a positive and engaging community around the brand by interacting with followers and encouraging participation.
Performance Analysis:
Monitoring social media metrics, analyzing campaign performance, and using data to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
Staying Updated/ Blog Creation:
Keeping abreast of the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Ability to use AI:
Conversant with the AI tools in this space and being able to leverage these for achieving day-to-day scale.
Qualifications
· A Marketing qualification is preferred.
· A Successful track record of designing and running Digital campaigns over social media and LinkedIn.
· Attention to detail and strong time management skills;
· Strong analytical approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
