Facility Administrator Full Time

• Set up facility vendors in Ariba and collect required details (VAT, bank info, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors for any master data or PO‑related information.
• Raise purchase orders and create goods receipts in Ariba for facility services such as rent, utilities, maintenance, janitorial, printing, taxes, food, and stationery.
• Check and validate G/L codes and departments on purchase requests.
• Review open purchase orders and follow up on open balances.
• Work with Accounts Payable to resolve blocked invoices and payment issues.
• Act as the main contact for facility vendors regarding POs and pending invoices.
• Track facility and rental POs against budget and flag any overspend.

Required Qualifications and Skills for Consideration 

• Graduate degree in any field with preferably 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP Ariba, including vendor onboarding, purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice tracking.
• Good understanding of G/L codes, cost centers, budgets, and financial controls related to facility expenses.
• Strong attention to detail, follow‑up skills, and ability to manage multiple facility vendors and open POs independently.
