As a BPO Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with customers over the phone to provide information, answer queries, and assist with their needs. This is a full-time remote position based in Noida, suitable for candidates with minimal experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– **Customer Interaction:** Make outbound calls to customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring a positive experience.
– **Product Knowledge:** Gain a thorough understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate their benefits and handle inquiries.
– **Lead Generation:** Identify potential customers and collect relevant information that can help in converting leads into sales.
– **Database Management:** Update and maintain customer information in the company’s database to ensure accuracy and enhance future communications.
– **Feedback Collection:** Gather customer feedback to help improve services and report any recurring issues to the management team for resolution.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
– Strong communication skills in English and any regional language to ensure clear interaction with customers.
– Basic knowledge of computer applications, as you will be using software tools to manage calls and data.
– Ability to work independently, demonstrating good time management and self-discipline while working from home.
– A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential, as you will be in a dynamic environment.
– Preferred candidates should be male and have completed at least their 12th-grade education.
