The Role
You will join at a pivotal moment for the business, working alongside a highly experienced senior colleague in a structured handover period before taking full ownership of the technical solutions function. The business is actively investing in its people and its future, and there is a genuine pathway to a senior leadership position, potentially GM or MD level, for the right person.
Day to day you will be involved in hands-on Linux systems work, leading and mentoring a small team of engineers, and engaging directly with customers to understand their challenges and design the right solutions. There is also a commercial element, contributing to proposals, quotes and business development activity.
