The Maintenance Specialist is a hybrid role responsible for supporting all maintenance/production crews by ensuring equipment health and inventory accuracy. This individual will perform daily equipment condition monitoring (ECCM) tasks, manage spare parts/supplies inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating across departments.
This role is essential to the success of our maintenance operations and requires someone who can identify process gaps, track part usage trends, and support the maintenance team with both hands-on and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of the maintenance storerooms and MRO inventory, while also assisting with inspections, work order creation, and vendor coordination.
The ideal candidate is confident, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to grow into vendor-facing responsibilities are key to success in this role.
