As an Administrative Business Partner, you’re at the heart of your team’s business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team’s projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.
Our Google Ads Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams partner closely with many of Canada’s advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We’re uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google’s broad range of products across search, video, display and app to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
As an Administrative Business Partner, you will oversee scheduling, flawless event execution, and strategic cross-team collaborations. You will act as a key strategic partner, leveraging tools and AI to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
The Global Business Organization (GBO) is the engine that powers Google’s full ecosystem of products and services to help customers and partners succeed and grow. GBO includes the commercial arms of Ads sellers, business development teams, and customer services and support, as well as overlay programs that enable coordinated engagement with Google’s most complex and important customers and partners.
The Canada base salary range for this full-time position is CAD 104,000-107,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
