We are recruiting an experienced *Panel Technician* to join one of the South East’s leading accident repair groups. Based at a modern, BS10125-certified bodyshop in Camberley, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business that values quality workmanship, teamwork, and employee wellbeing.
You will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards, working closely with Vehicle Damage Assessors and the wider workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out vehicle dismantling and reassembly
* Repair accident-damaged vehicles to original manufacturer standards
* Remove dents, repair panels, address corrosion, and rectify scratches
* Work closely with Vehicle Damage Assessors to identify and report all damage
* Follow manufacturer repair methods and safety procedures at all times
* Maintain high attention to detail and quality control
Requirements
* Minimum *3 years’ experience* as a Panel Technician (or similar role)
* ATA or NVQ qualification *desirable but not essential*
* Jig qualification *desirable but not essential*
* Welding qualification *desirable but not essential*
* Strong technical ability and pride in quality workmanship
