Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Director of Project Operations for a full-time hybrid role based in Los Angeles, CA, with flexibility to work remotely. The Senior Director of Project Operations will oversee project management processes, optimize operations, manage budgets, and ensure a high standard of customer service. This role requires identifying areas for process improvement, leading cross-functional projects, and analyzing key data for strategic decision-making to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Operations Management and the ability to improve operational efficiency and workflows
• Proven experience in Project Management, including planning, executing, and delivering complex projects on time and within scope
• Advanced Analytical Skills to evaluate data and translate insights into impactful strategies
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to ensure resource optimization
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and stakeholder engagement
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in a senior operations role preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is highly desired
