Order Fulfilment Specialist (Order Entry & Packing): Full-Time In-Office

As a fast-growing, women-owned Canadian company, we are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Order Fulfilment Specialist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional products to customers across North America. What You’ll Do
Order Entry & Processing
- Accurately enter and manage customer orders (POs)
- Review SKUs, quantities, pricing, and shipping details
- Ensure compliance with retailer requirements (e.g., routing guides)
Systems & Technology
- Work with platforms like SPS Commerce and Rithum Order Stream
- Maintain accurate order records and resolve discrepancies
- Use Excel and internal systems to track and manage orders
Order Fulfilment & Packing
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Ensure accuracy and quality standards are met for every order
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and logistics partners
Inventory Support
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock accuracy
- Flag shortages or discrepancies proactively
Experience & Knowledge
– 1–3+ years experience in order fulfilment, logistics, or order entry (CPG/food industry an asset)
– Strong computer skills and confidence working in multiple systems
– Experience with SPS Commerce and/or Rithum Order Stream (highly preferred)
– Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
– Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
– A hands-on, team-first attitude
