About the Role
We are hiring a Clinic Operations Coordinator to support the daily flow of the clinic.
This is a high-execution, detail-focused role for someone who takes pride in keeping things organized, accurate, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
- Support daily front desk operations including booking, billing, and patient communication
- Build and maintain therapist and front desk schedules
- Coordinate coverage, time off, and scheduling adjustments
- Enter and reconcile insurance payments and review daily reports
- Prepare payroll inputs and generate reports for leadership
- Support onboarding logistics for therapists
- Monitor inventory and ensure clinic readiness
- Coordinate maintenance and administrative needs
- Support front desk team with day-to-day problem solving
Compensation
A competitive compensation package will be offered, including base salary (commensurate with experience), extended health benefits, and performance-based bonuses.
