Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Officer located in Kochi. The Sales Officer will be responsible for driving sales of SBI Home Loan products, generating leads, and building strong relationships with customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include interacting with potential clients, advising them on suitable loan solutions, and managing sales operations. The role also involves working closely with channel partners to facilitate lead conversions and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Expertise in Lead Generation and identifying prospective clients
- Strong Communication skills to effectively present products and services to customers
- Experience in Sales Operations and managing end-to-end loan selling processes
- Familiarity with Channel Sales and working collaboratively with partners to drive business goals
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
