**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Organizing Meetings:** You will schedule meetings and manage calendars for the team, ensuring everyone is informed and prepared.
– **Filing and Documentation:** You will maintain filing systems and organize documents, making sure important information is easily accessible.
– **Support to Staff:** You will assist team members with day-to-day tasks, providing administrative support to enhance their productivity.
– **Handling Office Supplies:** You will monitor inventory of office supplies and place orders when needed, ensuring the office is always well-equipped.
