About The Position
The Financial Counselor is responsible for managing self-pay account collections for hospital patient accounts and providing financial counseling assistance. This includes supporting patients with Medicaid referrals, county assistance programs, and charity care applications.

- Manage and collect self-pay hospital patient accounts in a professional and timely manner
