Working within a diverse, fast paced team you will be responsible for outbound calling to generate leads across our multiple utility offering.

Role Overview

We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and hard working Direct Sales Advisor to join our team, building great relationships with potential customers and offering our multiple utility services. This is an exciting role with career progression opportunities within the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Contact potential clients via telephone to generate leads, nurture the customer and close the deal.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads to help drive growth for the company.
• Nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities to cross sell our services
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified cross sell leads for our other services.
• Conduct market research and stay up to date on industry trends to inform lead generation strategies.
• Strive to exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and secured customer contracted targets.
• Ability to switch tasks easily
