Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, goals, and budget
• Plan and coordinate customized travel experiences, including flights, accommodations, excursions, and dining
• Accurately manage bookings, changes, and cancellations
• Offer expert guidance on destinations, travel requirements, and current promotions
• Provide ongoing support throughout the entire travel process, from planning to return
• Stay up to date on industry trends, supplier offerings, and new opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems (training provided)
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is a plus, but not required
