About the Role
Tech Spectrum is hiring on behalf of our client for a proactive and highly organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative, operational, and communication support. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in multitasking, managing digital workflows, and supporting executive or team-level operations in a remote environment.
The Virtual Assistant will help streamline daily tasks, support documentation, coordinate meetings, and assist with various business operations to keep the team functioning efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate virtual meetings
- Handle daily email communication and maintain organized inboxes
- Assist with document preparation, data entry, and internal reporting
- Maintain spreadsheets, records, and administrative databases
- Support project coordination and follow-up tasks
- Prepare summaries, meeting notes, and action lists
- Assist with social media updates or online research when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure workflow consistency
- Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Assistant is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, project tools)
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work during Canadian business hours
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
