MEPF Engineer Full Time

Ambaji, Gujarat (On-Site)

Preferred Candidate:

Local candidates with a proven track record in MEPF project execution, strong leadership, and technical expertise.
The candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the complete execution of MEPF systems at construction sites. This includes HVAC, electrical, low voltage, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The engineer will ensure high-quality standards through rigorous QA/QC processes, coordinate seamlessly with civil teams, and manage project timelines and resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the on-site execution of MEPF and associated services, ensuring adherence to approved quality, safety, and performance standards.
Coordinate effectively with architects, clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain alignment with overall project objectives.
Conduct routine site supervision, inspections, and commissioning activities to verify compliance with design specifications and contractual requirements.
Measure and verify on-site dimensions of MEPF services with respect to tender items, construction drawings, and design specifications.
Manage on-site contractor teams, including billing processes, documentation for quality assurance, and provision of required technical guidance.
Monitor project schedules related to material approvals, procurement, resource deployment, and overall timelines for MEPF works.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues encountered during project execution to avoid delays and ensure seamless progress.
Ensure all MEPF installations comply with applicable codes, standards, statutory requirements, and best industry practices.

Qualifications:
Master’s/bachelor’s degree in Electrical OR Mechanical Engineering
Minimum of 6+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of on-site experience.
