Junior Campaign Assistant Full Time

About the role

We’re looking for a Junior Campaign Assistant to support outreach and execution for music campaigns across social platforms. This role involves managing outreach, coordinating campaign timelines, and helping ensure campaigns are executed efficiently from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to Instagram and Twitter/X pages for content placements
• Build and maintain relationships with page owners and partners
• Manage outreach pipelines and track campaign progress
• Coordinate timelines to ensure campaigns move quickly and efficiently
• Follow up consistently to secure placements and avoid delays
• Assist with campaign execution and overall project management
• Identify new pages and opportunities for future campaigns

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Highly organized with strong project management ability
• Able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable managing multiple conversations and timelines at once
• Familiar with Instagram, Twitter/X, and internet culture
• Interest in music, media, or digital marketing
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow

Nice to have

• Any experience with outreach, partnerships, sales, or account management
• Understanding of the music industry and current pop culture trends
• Experience using spreadsheets or tracking tools
• Background in marketing, business, or communications
