Quality Control Manager Full Time

JOB DETAILS

Responsible for all Quality control functions like leading/monitoring analysis of Raw materials, packing materials, in-process samples, Finished products, Stability samples, Process development laboratory samples, Vendor approval samples, and to ensure quality as per laid down specification.
Daily analysis planning as per production and marketing department to achieve the target.
Man power optimization and proper utilization to meet quality and cGMP/GLP/GDP standards.
To ensure all necessary calibrations are performed and recorded as per schedule and SOPs.
To review and approve QC related validation documents/Change control.
Timely review performance of QC employees.
To ensure the compliance of safety norms and policy by all personnel of QC.
To motivate the staff for safe working and BBS of general safety in QC.
To release or to reject raw materials, packing materials, intermediates, finished product etc.
To prepare revenue and capital budget of QC & to get it approved.
