We are on the search for an Account Director, or Senior Account Manager ready to take the next step in their career, to join a reputable Printing Company committed to ensuring the highest levels of customer service are maintained.
We seek a highly energetic person who brings enthusiasm to day-to-day work. Star candidates won’t be afraid of a heavy workload, and will be good at managing multiple responsibilities.
We are looking for someone who will enrich our client with their knowledge and experience within the industry. You will show a passion for print and an eagerness to constantly learn. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, and immerses in clients’ business to gain a detailed, first-hand knowledge of what they do; how their competitors behave; and the latest market trends. With a dedication to developing your team, you will share knowledge to subordinates, accomplishing the goal of delivering flawless customer service to enhance the company’s reputation and gain repeat business.
With the company’s longevity in mind, you will be required to set key targets for service, delivery and continuous improvement, with regular measurement, analysis and reporting of performance against these targets. Developing comprehensive strategic account plans with key account initiatives that deliver growth and optimise profitability; and project management of these key account initiatives, will also be crucial to the success in this role.
