• We are recruiting for a Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic, professional market leading Garage Door & Security Shutter Company. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to manage all customer facing functions and develop and lead a successful customer growth strategy.*

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the role involves managing and leading the Marketing, Business Development and Customer Service teams. This role will focus on providing customer’s the best overall experience and utilising customer and market knowledge to create innovative and creative initiatives to attract new business and further support and grow the current customer base.

The right candidate will have experience of developing and implementing marketing strategies, whilst developing other lead generation and business development strategies. With a strong Marketing bias, you will have experience of Sales & Marketing interaction and work with the external sales team to create first class marketing campaigns to encourage lead generation and brand awareness.

To excel in this role, you’ll:

• Lead all customer functions: Marketing, Business Development, Customer Service
• Be a brand ambassador across our customer communications and platforms, including our online system
• Take ownership of marketing activity and liaise with internal teams and external agencies to ensure coordinated activity
• Identify and develop opportunities for new business, in line with growth targets
• Support and develop existing customer relationships to gain thorough understanding of customer needs and increase sales in this area
• Support delivery of business development to ensure return on investment is maximised
• Input into and deliver departmental plans across all key customer areas, and monitor success of these
• Lead on organisation of events to raise profile of our sector, teams and expertise
